Matt and Mark Jaworsky have over 30 years of combined residential property management experience. During that time they have learned what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Matt and his son Mark are active members in The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and are knowledgeable in all aspects of owning rental property. Mark has served as Vice President, President Elect, and President of the Southeastern Virginia/Hampton Roads NARPM chapter.
While Matt was in the military he was an absentee landlord of his Virginia Beach home for five years. This gave him first hand experience as to what it is like to have to rely on someone else to manage your property for you. This experience keeps him focused on the right things:
- Making sure your property is occupied with tenants who have been thoroughly screened.
- Insuring that the right amount of rent is being charged and collected.
- Maintenance scheduling.
